i would like to wish happy new year to evryone.. for the muslims, kite da masuk tahun baru dah.. but lagi couple of days je nk masuk tahun 2009 gak.. and today as all Malaysian know.. hari ni berlangsungnye istiadat perlantikan YDPBN9 yg baru and also permakaman almarhum Tuanku Jaafar.. today pon langit mendung and hujan gerimis.. semoge roh baginda dicucuri rahmat..

As the new year comes.. i pray that the world will be in better place.. our lives be blessed.. oh God i wish the war stops.. and evryone live in peace..pastu harap2 ekonomi global ni pulih smule r.. here are some resolutions.. x tau la boleh laksanekan ke x kan..but i'll try my best..chaiyok..huhu.. atleast ade psg niat.huhu

1. be a better person..for the past couple of years i did terrible things and i wish i'll never do it again.. and i hope i can forget all the terrible things i've done and happened too

today was my 1st day internship. i waited 15 minutes b4 dpt masok lobby sbb pakgad kasi workers masok dulu. sementare tggu berkenalan ngn dak diploma ump yg prektikel same ngn aku. dia mmg da wat research psl aku (and dak ump len yg keje situ gak)..aku pon ade wat research psl dia gak. name dia shahril. ptotnye ade lg sorg pompan dak BEP kot tp dia x dtg. mujur la ade sharil kalo x aku maybe akn nanges xtau nk wat ape n nak kaco sape n kebosanan. lame gak la tggu kakak tu dtg bwk application letter n borang yg kene isi2. then di kasi uniform n safety boots (1st time pakai).. uniform n boots xley bawak balik..kene simpn dlm locker je.dia kedekot tol kasi locker yg terpkse dikongsi bersame shahril..arghh. hari ni aku terpkse pakai skema2. sok aku pakai slekeh2 je..haha..pakai jeans n shirt je. sbb bile da masok kene tukakasut n pakai jaket biru tuh slalu. and besok aku akn less tensen sbb aku dpt masok after lunch. pagi2 aku disuruh gi bank wat akaun CIMB utk kemasukan elaun rm500 sebulan itu.

I wonder why

Hurm it got me thinking about the tragedies happened during my sleepover at my friend's houses.. to be specific at a guy friend's house.. some people think it's unappropriated for a girl to go sleepover at a guy's place.. but i didn't go to a rumah bujang.. i went to his family's place of course.. and i was invited by the family itself.. and i know my mum hated it.. probably all the tragedies happened because i haven't got my mum's blessings.. but i never regret anything.. coz i had a wonderfull time.. the tragedies i mentioned earlier was the banjir in johor and the landslides in KL.. during my stay in Johor.. it suddenly rained non stop and when i woke up.. the area was already flooded and i was traped.. could not go to town to buy the bus ticket headed home.. taht place never flooded before.. and the whole Malaysia pun tekejut about johor banjir.. what an experiance i had.. no electricity.. no water.. but still i never regreted it although my mum when nuts about it.. about the landslides at bukit antarabangsa tu.. the day it happened i was in KL..but area kg pandan la.. fuhhh naseb baek la bukan tempat tu yg kene ape2.. but it did rained heavily non stop..the wierd part was tmpt tu je yg hujan.. i delayed my time balik umah konon2 nk tggu hujan brenti..sampai dak2 kecik tuh ckp "akak xyah la balik..stay la lame2 sikit kat sini" but i'm thinking home coz x nak wat mum marah dok lame2.. lagi pon it wasn't planned.. x bawak baju pun.. baju boleh pinjam.. tp baju dlm?? haha.. once ride the taxi ke stesen lrt.. da x ujan la plak sampai la ke seremban pun x hujan.. donno la hujan tu tande i shud stay or i shud remind myself what happened kat johor last time..meaning don't wait for the rain to stop coz we never know it will stop or not..huhu.. I do wish to come over again.. it's been gratefull that the girls (my friend's sisters yg sgt2 happening, peramah, friendly) wanted me to stay..wanted me to come again.. I really do wanna come again.. but does the tragedies happened to me was a sign?? a sign to not to stayover at someones place and make ur mother worried..hoho.. arghh poning palo den

cookies~

recently i made some cookies to give my grandma and aunties as a gift this christmas. It's my 1st try out.. i made almond oreo (which turned out no taste of oreo at all coz i put extra peanut butter) and marmar carrie (which doesn't look like marmar carrie the original coz i didn't follow the instructions and ingrediants 100%..haha but it tasted good) i hope they will like it.. took a lot of effort ma! during hari raya i never made cookies at all coz y mum dont bother making it..she just buy it.. sgt enyusahkan diri kalo nak wat sendri..lagi2 i'm ususally not around to help her (at college but now i'm free and will be home all the time).. nk wat cookies ni pon high cost gak la.. that's why mum kene budget2 sket nnti x cukup plak duet nk beli bahan laen (normally raya my relatives hit the lemang nasi ipit kuah kacang rendang2 kari kambing sume2 tu..not the cookies)..eh pnjg pulak membebel..anyway here's the recipe for siape yg nk try and for my future references:

almond oreo
bahan A:
1 buku buttercup 2 cawan gula perang 2 biji kuning telur

bahan B:
1/2 cwn kecil peanut butter 1/2 sudu nescafe 1/2 sudu bikarbonat soda 2 sudu serbuk koko 1 pkt biskut oreo 3/4 cwn almond (diblender) 3-4 cwn tepung gandum
hiasan:
royal icing 2 biji putih telur 2 cwn gula icing esen vanila
cara-cara:
-pukul bahan A hingga sebati - masuukan peanut butter & bhn lain. Uli sebati -canai dan sapu kuning telur -bakar dan hiaskan

Marmar carries
bahan:
250 gm buttercup 3 cwn tepung gandum 1 cwn tepung jagung 1 cwn gula icing 1/2 sudu esen vanila 1/4 baking powder 2 sudu susu tepung

hiasan:
1 bj putih telur 1 cwn gula icing 1 sudu tepung jagung coklat masakan

cara-cara:
-pukul butter, gula icing, esen vaila dgn speed perlahan. masukkan tepung dan bahan lain. adunkan rata. canai/terap dgn bentuk yg disukai. -letakkan cream/royal icing dan lorekkan coklat masakan (yg da cair) di ats biskut yg diterap td. Bakar dgn suhu 130 drjh celcius dgn menggunakan api bwh sahaja.

cara buat bhn hiasan:
-pukul putih telur hgga kembang -masukkan gula icing sedikit demi sedikit smbil dipukul dan masukkan tepung jagung -ambil 1/4 adunan dan campurkan dgn coklat masakan


p/s: watch out to all houses i'll attend diz christmas.. darlene+daniel will sapu hbs all ur tarts!! muahaha

berlakunye satu fenomena lps maghrib smlm iaitu..Triple conjunction Bulan-Jupiter dan Venus menghias indah di Langit Barat....(shura yg bg info ni..tq) haaa bintang2 seperti mata.. bulan sabit seperti smiley..langit seperti tersenyum..subhanallah.. i was so greatfull became one of luckiest person on earth yg nmpk fenomena tu..my dad la balik surau mghrib tu tibe2 je suruh amek camera and said " u gotta see the moon tonite..pelik" tp when i looked at the sky that nite.. i laughed at 1st..coz it looked so cute..then i was amazed at God's creation.. i looked at my neighbours pon teruje tgk n amek2 gmba.. i texted some frenz to see it too unfortunately they all can't see it..arghh.. but i was informed kua tv3 ek?huhu
